Closing the loop

We design participatory, formative evaluation strategies that are ongoing through the life of a project or program. At the initial conceptual and planning stage, during the course of the project, and at the “back end” in a reflective manner. This allows agencies to constantly use evaluation results as an effective and informative tool to make mid-course adjustments as well as end result conclusions.
